As a Chartered Accountant (CA) and U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Manen Kothari brings a unique blend of financial expertise and entrepreneurial drive to Venus Ventures. Licensed in insurance, financial advisory, and mortgage services, he has helped clients build smart businesses, protect assets, and grow wealth across sectors.
In real estate, Manen specializes in acquiring and repositioning undervalued residential and commercial properties. He is currently leading a $26M office-to-multifamily conversion in Schaumburg, showcasing his focus on innovation and long-term value. His strong network of REO agents and asset managers gives him access to exclusive off-market deals, giving him a competitive edge in sourcing high-return investments.
In the hard money lending space, Manen has deployed over $15 million across multiple real estate-backed LLCs over the past 5–6 years, funding projects for investors and builders. His conservative underwriting and market insight have ensured strong returns with effective risk management.
Beyond real estate, Manen is also a startup enabler. As a co-founder and advisor to RemiDirect.com, a cross-border fintech company, he has helped build scalable systems, guide regulatory strategy, and raise capital for long-term growth.
With Venus Ventures, Manen brings all these experiences together to lead investments in high-potential real estate, secure lending opportunities, and game-changing startups.
